At Home N’ Harbour, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We understand that shopping online isn’t always easy—sometimes things don’t fit quite right, look different than expected, or simply change your mind. That’s perfectly okay. We’re here to help make things right.


Our 30-Day Peace-of-Mind Promise

If something’s not quite right with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. No hassle. No pressure. Just a fair and thoughtful policy that puts you first.


What Can Be Returned

We accept returns on most items, as long as:

  • The item is in new, unused, and unwashed condition

  • It’s in the original packaging, including any tags or accessories

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of receiving the order

  • You provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email

We do this to ensure the integrity and hygiene of the products we resell.


Items We Cannot Accept for Return

To ensure quality, safety, and hygiene for all our customers, we are unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Personal care, intimate, or hygiene items (like shapewear or undergarments)

  • Customized or personalized products

If you're unsure about an item, feel free to reach out before purchasing. We're always happy to help.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at support@homenharbour.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@homenharbour.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status.


Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • It may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part


Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, color, or item, let us know. We'll be happy to help you with an exchange as long as the original item is returned in its original condition.


Cancellations

We get to work on your order quickly, so if you need to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it—but you can still return it once it arrives.
